RunOps for iOS — common questions

How do I sign in?

Sign in with your store account email and password, or tap Continue with Google if your organization uses Google accounts. RunOps accounts are set up by your organization — there is no self-service sign-up in the app. If you don't have an account yet, ask your manager or your organization's RunOps administrator to invite you.

I can't sign in, or I forgot my password

Password resets are handled by your organization's RunOps administrator — ask your manager or admin to reset it. If your whole organization is locked out, email us at [email protected] and we'll help right away.

Sessions expire periodically for security. Just sign back in — your settings and Home layout are preserved.

My dashboard numbers don't match the web platform

Check the filters at the top of Home: the store selector and the period (7, 14, 30, or 60 days). The mobile dashboard mirrors the web platform when both are set to the same store and period.

Can I customize my Home screen?

Yes. Go to Profile → Home panels to turn panels on or off and reorder them. Administrators can also switch between the manager and associate dashboard layouts under Profile → Dashboard layout.

How do I look up a product?

Use the quick search panel on Home, or open the Inventory tab. You can search by product name, SKU, brand, or UPC, and filter by store and stock level.

Where are my shifts and time clock?

Everything scheduling lives in the Schedule tab: clock in and out by store, see your upcoming shifts, post and claim shift trades, and request time off.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Employee accounts are administered by your employer — ask your organization's administrator, or email us at [email protected] and we'll process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Web platform

The full RunOps platform — inventory intelligence, fill orders, forecasting, and organization settings — is available at platform.runops.ai. Your mobile and web credentials are the same.

Why does the web app ask for my location when I clock in?

If your employer has enabled location-verified clock-in for your store, the browser asks for a single location reading at the moment you clock in or out — it's used only to confirm you're at the store, and RunOps never tracks your location outside of that. See our Privacy Policy (Section 1.6) for details. The iOS app doesn't collect location.
